Following completion of his Bar exams and a second six pupillage, Jahnzaib has spent more than a decade as a litigation executive in law firms. He specialises in all areas of Immigration Law, including International Human rights, Deportation, EU Law, Refugee, Family Reunion, Entry Clearance, Bail, Points-Based System and all types of  Immigration Appeals and Judicial Review Claims.

He is very skilled and thoughtful in the way he approaches a case and is very popular with lay clients and lawyers alike having the ability to provide  sensible, well-reasoned advice in a manner that puts clients at ease and engenders trust. Jahnzaib has attended numerous First Tier Tribunals as well as regularly handling cases at the Upper Tribunal and Court of Appeal.  He regularly drafts Legal Representations, Skeleton Arguments and Grounds of Appeal in immigration matters. He also drafts Representations to The Home Office. He has recently acted for clients from countries as far afield as Jamaica, Lebanon, Egypt, Albania, India and Pakistan.

Jahnzaib also has experience of drafting County and Family Court documents, such as Position Statements and Court Orders.
