Whether it's an asylum appeal or a motoring offence, we can provide assistance at any step along your journey. Just give us a call or fill out the form on the Contact page providing us with as much detail as possible. The more information you are able to give us about your case, the sooner we can work out the best way forward.
2
We Find You a Barrister
With decades of experience, we will specially select the best barrister for you.
Our Practice Director has an in-depth knowedge of the areas of law each of our barristers specializes in so unless you already know who you wish to approach with your problem, she will be able to guide you as to who would be the best person to assist you with your case.
3
WE look at your case
Whatever it is, we take a careful look at your case and advise you on the best way to proceed.
Once you have provided us with all the relevant information, your selected barrister will make an assessment of your situation and what will need to be done to assist you. This may entail having a brief conversation with you to verify the facts of your case. They will also provide an estimate of how much the work will cost you.
4
You Receive a client care letter
Including our Terms of Business and the amount you will need to pay.
Our Practice Director will then send you a client care letter setting out the work that your barrister will do for you, how much it will cost and how you can make payment. The letter contains the Terms upon which you are hiring the barrister's services, which you will need to sign before they can commence any work on your behalf. It also explains our Complaints Policy.
5
We Get To Work!
Whether its preparation for a Court appearance or drafting documents, the work begins!
Once you have signed and returned the Terms, provided your proofs of ID and made payment, the barrister will start work on your case. This may involve having a Conference (or meeting) with you and this will be arranged as soon as possible depending on what is required to prepare documents or attend a hearing.
